According to RP Data figures investors are better off buying in the City of Armadale, which has Perths highest rental yield for houses at 5.3%.  Kevin Young, President of Australian property investment group The Investors Club said the club had encouraged investors to look in Armadale in Perth’s southeast, because of the suburbs yield and good tax credits.  See The Sunday Times article Investors’ Money on Armadale Sunday Times 28 March 2010.tif
